Roxanna Olvera Hall has focused her law practice on Texas estate planning and probate law for over two decades. She has extensive experience in drafting wills and trusts, trust and estate administration, estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning, and marital and premarital agreements. Roxanna is also a Certified Public Accountant and integrates her solid understanding of tax laws into her law practice.

Roxanna founded her own firm in 2021 with the goal of providing responsive and personalized service to her clients. In 2024, she partnered with longtime colleague Kristen Sillers to establish Olvera Hall & Sillers, expanding their capacity to provide excellent client service.

Roxanna is committed to making estate planning and estate administration comfortable and understandable. She listens carefully to her clients’ concerns and designs tailored plans to meet their unique needs. Roxanna is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the estate planning and estate administration processes smoothly and achieve peace of mind.

Roxanna is a fifth generation Texan, with deep family roots in South Texas. Roxanna now resides in Old Lake Highlands in East Dallas. She and her husband are active parishioners at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Outside of work, Roxanna enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and family. She is also an avid runner and cyclist who may or may not decide to train for another half-marathon. When not in motion, you can find Roxanna curled up with a good book, a cup of coffee, and a cat by her side.
